The last few weeks have been unbearable...Leaving isn't easy, especially your girlfriend and twin brother. My girlfriend and I have been together for a year on August 20th and leaving isn't exactly the best anniversary gift. As for my twin, he better come visit! Then there is packing of coarse which was left till the two days before and right up until the morning of my flight. I wanted to spend every minute with the people closest to me and so I kind of put it off...a little... I wish I could say that I wasn't nervous about the flight because of last year...but I was. Last year I studied abroad in Greece and lived on the island of Rhodes and the same thing happened the night before...no sleep. Studying abroad is scary but only until you get there and maybe a few days after you get there. I am going to miss everyone back home but going to Ireland is an experience that might never come again. For right now, I'm excited about arriving there and can't wait to see my school.
